Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

This is to inform all members that an EGM will be held at Bonymaen RFC in the Hall at 8.30 pm on Monday November 9^th.

Agenda:

1. Decision 1
   Should Bonymaen RFC proceed with Phase 2 of the feasibility and development work through an “informal joint venture working arrangement” with the Local Authority and Cefn Hengoed School. This is at “no risk or cost to the club”?
   This decision is recommended for approval by the Feasibility Study Team Just Solutions.
   If Members are against Decision 1 the EGM will be terminated at this point. This decision requires a two thirds majority to proceed.
2. Decision 2
   Should Bonymaen RFC develop a Phase 2 Appraisal based on the disposal of half of our Assets leaving a first team pitch, clubhouse and car park , dressing rooms etc i.e. sell the Second Team Pitch area only.
   The proceeds of which go to:
   1. Debt Repayments
   2. New Infrastructure developments for Club/School/Community benefit on the School Campus
      This decision is recommended by for approval by the Feasibility Study Team Just Solutions.
3. Decision 3
   Should Bonymaen RFC Dispose of the entire site and relocate using the proceeds, after debt repayment , to new infrastructure development for Club/School/ Community benefit on the School Campus.
   This decision is not recommended for approval by the feasibility team Just Solutions.
   
   Note – Membership renewal has been ongoing – this meeting is for paid up members only who have renewed from September 2015.
